LOCKOUT FUNDS

WEDNESDAY,  JANUARY 16th, 2019D

• Bill Pay Schedule for this week:THIS IS THE FINAL BILL PAY. AM – 1:00PM

• Due to the onboarding schedules, funds will be distributed on WEDNESDAY, January 16th, $250.00/per person.   Be sure you submit your bill to the committee on Wednesday, final day.    

• Any additional monies coming into the Strike & Defense fund will be distributed amongst the members via gift cards.This will be determined at a later date; you will be notified via email.

• WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR BILLS, PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE THE MOST CURRENT BILL(S).  We can only accept bills that are current.Also, we have noticed on some bills the balance or minimum due is blocked out.We understand how personal this information is to the members, but the amounts MUST be visible on all statements/bills in order to process your payment.Thank you for our cooperation.

• Please bring your bill(s) totaling $250.00 to your designated committee on WEDNESDAY. It is important that you submit your bill weekly not biweekly.

• Any bills being submitted prior than two weeks could be denied.

• Be sure your account number is listed on your bill.

• A check will be made out directly to your Vendor; (mortgage company, car loan(s), medical bill(s), car insurance, etc.), and will be mailed out by the Committee.

• Please bring a printed bill to leave with the committee along with a SELF ADDRESSED/STAMPED ENVELOPE.   Much appreciated!!!
